This Home2 Suites by Macon 1-475 was a very pleasant first experience; although I've had others within the Hilton chain. The service was good (thanks to Tara at the front desk & Sophie working in the dining area). The rooms we booked were spacious/clean & continental breakfast available (enjoyed the Coffee Bean hot brewed coffee). Excellent location and close to our family reunion being held at Lake Tobesofkee Recreation area. There is a Macon Mall, Sam's Club, Kroger, shopping stores such as Ross etc and a variety of eateries nearby.
Fantastic service from the front desk- so kind, caring, and helpful! The room was also clean, smelled nice, even had a full bathroom of amenities. I love Home2 Suites because each room feels like a studio apartment!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely phenomenal stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. The front desk staff Will and Amar were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making check-in a breeze. By the way this place is brand new !! Our suite was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed—with everything from a full-sized fridge and microwave ,toaster and coffee maker to comfy beds and a great workspace. We loved the modern, eco-friendly vibe throughout the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was a huge plus—plenty of fresh options and great coffee to start the day right. Also, the indoor/outdoor common areas were perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. There is also a well designed work out facility for those who are health conscious!! Housekeeping was consistent and attentive without being intrusive, and every staff member we encountered went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Whether you’re staying for a night or a few weeks, this place feels like a home away from home. We’ll definitely be back. Can’t recommend it highly enough—if I could give it 10 stars, I would! Thank you again for a wonderful stay !!!
Brand new in 2025 the property was in great shape but the big thing is the staff there was so proud to work there. Just great ambassadors of Macon. The front desk manager made me feel like family coming home for Thanksgiving.
I enjoyed my stay here, location was good. Breakfast was good and free! No parking charge neither. Shout out to Bob!
Diamond member here and I stay with Hilton 3 weeks per month. On vacation and I can’t tell you how great Miss T and Tara were. Tara went above and beyond to make sure my kids were busy and having a great time. I couldn’t be more happy that the hotel I choose to stay at with work, was so great with my family during vacation. Miss T was exceptional during check in. Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Miss Tara was over the top with her exceptional service with my kids. We absolutely LOVED her.
